Does anyone know how to change the frequency of the "auto import" time for Teams chat

Hi,

I am playing with SN for MS Teams and would like to know if I can change the frequency of the "auto import" of the chats from Teams into the associated incident ticket.  At the moment it looks to update every 30 minutes or so, so I would like to reduce this or at least know where this value is within the system.

For anyone that may have already done this, are there any risks at running it on a more frequent basis, as I assume there will be system resources required to run the import - any experience around this would be greatly apprecaited.

There is a sys_property you can edit for this purpose: sn_tcm_collab_hook.teams_auto_import_chat_wait_duration

Thanks, that's exactly what I needed!  The only issue I have now is the record is read-only even with elevated permissions - are you able to edit your?

Hi Daniel, I did not see you responding to this. Yes I am able to edit my property, the property is not a protected property and as long as you're an system admin you should be able to edit aswell.

Hi, even with fully elevated admin permissions, I wasn't able to update the value, however, I got the SN support team to edit it for me.  So not sure how you have access to yours 🙂
