Does anyone know how to change the frequency of the "auto import" time for Teams chat

Hi,

I am playing with SN for MS Teams and would like to know if I can change the frequency of the "auto import" of the chats from Teams into the associated incident ticket.  At the moment it looks to update every 30 minutes or so, so I would like to reduce this or at least know where this value is within the system.

For anyone that may have already done this, are there any risks at running it on a more frequent basis, as I assume there will be system resources required to run the import - any experience around this would be greatly apprecaited.

There is a sys_property you can edit for this purpose: sn_tcm_collab_hook.teams_auto_import_chat_wait_duration

Hi @Daniel Voutt ,
The property can only be edited by "maint" uesrs, Please refer the image below
is there any other option to change the auto import time, have you figured it out?

The property is limited to the 'maint' user, so Support is required to change it. Note it is set at 30mins to limit system perfomance/resource impact so be careful setting this too low.
