I found a record in notify_number table with "number owner" field the value "Microsoft Teams", but I don't get it when it was created.
Anyone could help me to understand this?

Hey all.
I already know what's happened.
plugin: Notify Connector for Microsoft Teams was updated on Feb 4th.
Notify Connector for Microsoft Teams release notes: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/store-release-notes/page/release-notes/store/it-service-management/store-rn-itsm-notify-connector-ms-teams.html|
I tested in another instance (with Notify Connector for Microsoft Teams plugin in version 2.2.5) and there isn't any record in the table (notify_number) with number owner (field) value "Microsoft teams".
I think that record was appear created by me because I was the first user to "trigger" (when I start a conference call from SN to MS Teams. For this I used the UI action: "start conference call").
Thank you all for yours quick reply.

Hello,
The above table is created when you install the notify plugin
The table contains List of phone numbers used by Notify to make calls and send messages
For all the table list which gets created by notify plugin is given in the below link:-
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/notify2/reference/r_NotifyTables.html
And to check when and who created the records in the table bring the created by nd created flied on the list view.

Hey
Thank you for your reply.
This is a little weird... the record in "notify_number" table was apparently created by me but I didn't create it (at least not directly). I suppose something might have triggered this creation automatically.
Also, isn't possible to created records directly in this table.

Yes there must be some action after which some script should have created those records .
As you are the trigger person of that action it shows your name.
You can always check if there are any business rule or client script written on the table

Hi,
Do you have any integration which collect phone number for a group or so?
As per docs below statement is how this table gets populated:
"Numbers associated with a group appear on the Notify Phone Numbers related list on the Notify Phone Number Group form."
Please refer the doc link below:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/quebec-servicenow-platform/page/product/notify2/concept/c_NumberGroups.html
Can you check and provide some details to assist you further.
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.
