Can we send an message on team app to a particular user when an Interaction record is created ? I dont want to use Virtual agent because we haven't implemented it .
What is the business case? In general, an interaction is created based on e.g. a teams message going to live agent... so what is it that you would like to send, to who, and based on what condition?
