How to edit Virtual agent default messages in ms teams

Hey, everyone
We want to edit the messages highlighted in red. I am able to find the table where can i edit the messages in first text box. sys_cs_provider_application
But i can't find the messages "I can help you with your question and requests" and the below messages as well with heading "TIPS"
I see there is a table with virtual agent commands listed on it sys_cs_contextual_action_list.do
but it doesn't have the text messages.

We have the same issue - any solution for that?
I found that it might be configured in the topic _help_ which is only visible for ServiceNow Maint users (not even for admins) and which is rather complex as changes brought other unwanted side-effects.
How did you work around this problem?

There is no current solution. There was intended to possibly be a release to manage this help text. We filed it under the not so important in the grand scheme as it only really appears when you type the hi or help commands and initially when you add the bot to the teams application. After that, the page isn't seen often so it wasn't really a pressing concern for us. There were other items that were of much more importance than worrying about standard help text.
