Hi Akhil,

I see it is on ServiceNow Store and not platform plugin list. So I doubt it is available for PDIs.

Hi,

Unfortunately we cannot install store plugins on PDI.

Store Plugins can be installed on Customer instances or Parters Demo instances.

Hello @Balakrishna_ABK ,

Regrettably, PDI instances do not support the installation of store plugins. These plugins, including 'sn_va_teams,' are designed for installation on customer instances or partner demo instances. Specifically, the 'sn_va_teams' plugin, which integrates Virtual Agent with Microsoft Teams, is not available for PDI usage.

To access and install 'sn_va_teams,' you must have a customer instance. Additionally, obtaining this plugin may require a subscription, and it can be acquired from the ServiceNow Store. It's important to note that not all plugins are available for PDI instances due to their limited nature, intended for personal development and testing.

If your organization has a sandbox instance, it is advisable to install and configure the 'sn_va_teams' plugin there. The sandbox instance serves as a non-production environment where you can test and implement the integration between ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Microsoft Teams.

In summary, PDI instances do not support store plugin installations, and for practical integration purposes, obtaining a customer instance with the necessary subscription is recommended. The 'sn_va_teams' plugin can be sourced from the ServiceNow Store and installed in your organization's sandbox instance for testing and development purposes.
