Error while trying to Authorize Azure Apps

Hi Team,

We are receiving the error 'Authorization failed. Invalid Nonce' while trying to authorize Azure apps. The user account we are using to perform this action has complete admin roles in ServiceNow (including external_app_install_admin) and also 'Global Administrator' at the Azure AD end.

Hi,

Nonce that we use in consent/authentication flow is time sensitive, sometime when you are in install page and took too long to consent/authorize (login) this might happen. To rule out that infact this isnt due to idling before completing the flow. Could you tell me if you retried the flow, refreshing page? if in doubt, can you do it once again and reply back if you still see this issue?

Thanks a lot Ragu for letting me know. I'll reach out to our M365 admin to try to authorise again and check how it goes.

This solves the nonce errors

Can you share more about your solution?  We are also having this issue.
