How to locate\update adaptive cards in Servicenow for Microsoft Teams

Good Afternoon,
Currently developing our Virtual Agent Solution to be used with ServiceNow for Microsoft Teams. When you send the "help" command in VA it returns with a Tips adaptive card on how to get started.
So, I have 2 problems, first of all I can't seem to locate where this is coming from:
The second problem is the "Go to Tips" button, when clicking on it, this results in an error as the url is not set:

Has anyone else seen this problem before? not sure where this needs to be set?

The tips card that is generated is maint role required meaning a ServiceNow Employee can access the item. I have had a recent run in with this when trying to determine modifications necessary to this item. You can however turn on/off which items to display in the card itself. Hopefully, they will put out an enhancement to modify this card in the future.
