How to remove live agent support Icon in Teams

MS Teams is integrated with ServiceNow and we wanted to remove the live agent support icon in Teams.

Please see the attachment. How to remove that?

Hello @syedfarhan ,

 

You have installed which plugin could you please confirm your version of ServiceNow.

 

The reason I am asking because for me it does not shows such icon now
