How to customize the messages in MS Teams for the live agent support.

Once we are connected witht an agent we get default message as "Chat with an agent You're connected". How to modify this message? also how to reduce the size of this message. See the attachment #virtualagent #teams

Hello @syedfarhan ,

 

In the chat set up , in the related list you have system messages which is reference to system properties table . Could you please check in the system properties .

Note : My messages have been changed as my instance is in UTAH so giving you generic answer where you can dig in and you will find the solution .
