Hi All,
We have a requirement to deactivate the chat tab from "Servicenow for Microsoft 365" app in MS Teams and Outlook. Please look at the attached screenshot. We want to deactivate the chat tab as do not have the scope for Virtual Agent configuration.
Any help is appreciated.
