Could I change this generic icon with our organisation logo?

Hi Felix,

Check to see if the users in that conversation session have a profile image. Teams should automatically display them.

Hi Felix,

No Microsoft Teams app does not allow adding icon for a group chat. It is supported for Teams (Channels) though. If users who are participating in the chat have display pictures, they will appear in the highlighted icon space.
