hi - It would not be an email notification, it would be a provider notification configured specifically for Virtual Agent.

Hi,
1) Check to see if "Enable notification for all users" is enabled under "Messaging Apps Integration"
2) Check if "VA Teams Notification Channel" is active under System Notification->Destination Types->Teams. By default, it should be active but here is an example of when it's not.
