Messaging Channels not sync'd when adding Teams Integration

Has anybody else encountered an issue with the Teams Integration into Servicenow? Gone through and installed all relevant plugins, all setup, and done the Messaging Integration Configuration that links up to Teams. This part in particular is apparently supposed to add Teams as a Messaging Channel, but doesn't do anything bar 'link' the instance to Teams.

 

So the Messaging Channel table is just completely blank, meaning we can't begin to set up notifications.

 

We've reinstalled that connection which made no differene, and there's no physical add button to manually add anything else.

 

Anyone else experienced this and been able to resolve?

EDIT- we are tryign to make use of Now Actions, rather than VA. We have Now Actions configured and installed in Teams without an issue
