MS Teams Integration with servicenow

I did MS integration with servicenow using Webhook, but in the work notes, numbering is showing in grey, how do I fix this.

Look at what's being sent to the ServiceNow work_notes field. It's likely sending the value wrapped in HTML tags. Change it to send plain text only — no HTML wrapping.

When I remove the <pre> tag from the flow, it is sending message like
