I'm working on implementing MS Teams for Virtual Agent. I am noticing a difference in the Open IT Ticket.
Previously I updated the Configuration Item when users create the incident from Open IT Ticket via Virtual agent.
Did the topic change from Open IT Ticket 2.0?
Even better what is the best way to determine which topic was executed (similar to flow executions) at the time of the conversation?
I do see the Open IT ticket is the active topic
and the updates I made are there,
however, the incident is opening with the default CI that was set previously.
How can I get this topic updated?
