Sending ticket information to teams channel

Hello Community!

Just wondering, since Webhook has already been decommissioned, has anyone in there environments used Microsoft teams spoke to simply notify a teams channel when a ticket is created? 
I do not have much information on this so just an open question if anyone know any resource available out there for this that would be helpful.
