Provider Notifications send Group Changes to entire Assignment group

I'm creating new provider notifications for assignment group changes, however, the Teams notification is not sending to the members of the group.  (It does work for the assignment group manager, but not the members of the group.)

I found a similar post below but the results are not the same for the Teams notifications.

Does this mean the MS Teams administrators need to create multiple channels for each assignment group?

Do you have any best practices for this setup for the Teams channels you can share?
