Servicenow notification to MS teams

Hello, 

I want to integrate my SN and MS teams. I want to notify the opened_by in teams whenever he/she filed a ticket. 

I successfully linked my servicenow account and MS teams in screen shot #1 an #2. I created a notification in sys_notification and its corresponding provider content as shown in #3 and #4. However, the notification in ms teams is not working. Did i miss something or wrongly configured here?

Hi @Ahyel Libunao 

in your first screenshot that is $bot-install-ui.do page "Message Apps Integration". You can see there is an option "Enable notification for all users" can you please check that and confirm if you are receiving the notifications? if not already

Hi I keep getting this message and some messages gets delivered on snow not teams "For Synchronous Providers: 'notify caller' do not have any associated Common Content or Provider Content or Default Content for the Provider 'Workspace', this provider will not be initialized.
