ServiceNow Virtual agent live agent support button - MS Teams

I am integrating with Microsoft Teams 365, but I have a problem where the "Live Agent Support" button is not working currently. I need to hide or deactivate this button. How can I do this?

Hi, May you can use 'Conversastion Interface' and login Home Pages & go to the setting - modify the the button as inactive state.
