We have configured the MS Teams Integration so we can access our Employee Service Center through MS Teams. It works fine on the Teams desktop app and the Android mobile app, but in the iOS Teams app the option to add ServiceNow is missing.
Has anyone else set this up and run into the same issue? Are there any possible settings on the MS or ServiceNow side that could cause this that we should check?

Hi,
Is any possibility to get more information about this PRB? It seems like we are having the same issue, it works fine on desktop and Android, but the MS Teams app, is nowhere to be found on iOS devices.
So is it Apple, Mircosoft or Servicenow who causes the issues? Is there any workaround?
Thanks
Nick

Hello @NicklasU-R @Josh Petrick the issue is Microsoft doesn't support Teams app manifest old versions well with iOS teams app so now we are using version 1.16.This is fixed in AUG release, upgrading to the latest ITSM/HRSD will resolve the issue.
