I want to integrate Microsoft Teams chat with ServiceNow. The requirement is:
🔹 When a user initiates a Microsoft Teams chat,
🔹 I want to capture all the chat messages and store them in a Worknote
I know this is possible via the Microsoft 365 – ITSM app from the Store. But I couldn’t find a proper document or prescriptive steps that outline:
