teams not opening link in SOW and esc

We have integrated SN and Teams where once the flow is triggered, it posts a msg in teams chat with a link to SN. When link belongs to classic view, it opens just fine from Teams. However, when the link belongs to SOW or ESC, it either opens in classic view or doesn't open at all.

Admin is testing this. Also, when they copy and paste these links in browser, they open nicely. Its only from teams that they don't open. Can you tell what am I missing?

With the SOW link - displays the classic view when opened from Teams, even when the SOW is set as the main window.
but when I am directly copy and paste the link, it shows the SOW.

For ESC, the link non clickable from Teams.

Tried the same with classic view link, it opens fine from Teams.

Do I need to append something else to the link for it to open in SOW/ESC?

@Ankur Bawiskar It is because sso is routing them back to classic view?
