Hello everyone!
So, I'm having an issue with the Virtual Agent notifications. Users don't receive notifications about approvals or anything if they haven't interacted with the Virtual Agent before, but we expect proactive notifications to be delivered even if the user hasn't interacted recently.
At Conversational Interfaces, we've already enabled notifications for all users, as well as properly configured notifications for chat.
Can anyone help?
