VA in teams not working

We currently have the ServiceNow for Teams app setup, and app loads "The Hub" inside MS teams.

We however cannot chat to the Virtual Agent, when you try an initiate a chat with "Hi" nothing happens. 

After some investigation I can see the Interaction and related Conversation get created in ServiceNow, but the responses from the VA that go to "https://teamsproxy.service-now.com//teams/va/outbound/v3/conversations/" get responded to with a HTTP 400 and a response body of: {"success":false,"error_msg":"denied by proxy, invalid outbound token"}.

See image of the Subflow which is erroring.

Unfortunately I have no idea what Token it is talking about, and have not been able to fix the issue. ANy help would be appreciated.

Reading some of the advice and looking at the sys_cs_client_adapter records, they don't look right either...

Check your "VA Teams Outbound Token". Try this solution.
