A field is missing for some users for a particular view

HI Team,

in 'my indicator task' (sn_grc_indicator) table, when we select the view as 'Indicator Task View' (custom view), some users unable to see the field 'indicator.Control/Risk.Entity'. However some users can view this field in the list. i couldnt find any ACLs restricting Read access to indicator or control/Risk for those users. i want that field to be available to those users as well.

Hi @Ravivarman Saee,

 

Check if there is any ACL which is blocking to read that field for the other users. You need to look for the ACLs on the table from where you are dot walking these fields. Other users should have read permissions to see these fields.

as i already mentioned, i didnt find any ACLs that restrict these usrers with read access to those tables where it dot walks.

are they able to see the columns in the list view but not able to see any data in those columns? Please confirm. Or they are not able to see the column itself?
