Adding Additional Columns to the Risk Assessment Project Grid.

This is the Grid View of a Risk Assessment Project in ServiceNow IRM. 
I want to add some additional columns to the Grid view. These columns are the fields present on the Risk Record, which is being assessesd through the GRID View of the Risk Assessment Project Record. 

How can this be achieved?

@AtishayT1435624 you need to configure the Risk Assessment Methodology that is being used by the Risk Assessment Project. The columns that are shown in the grid view are individual factors within the Risk Assessment Methodology not fields on the risk form. If you add additional factors they will appear in the grid view
