While working on ATF for the Compliance Workspace Control Objective (sn_compliance_policy_statement) record, I noticed that in the latest patch a new lifecycle is introduced with a Publish UI action. When moving the state from Approve to Publish using this UI action in ATF, it is not working as expected. Although the popup click shows the state changing to Publish in the background, the change is not actually saved, and upon refreshing the page, the state reverts back to Approve.
