Hi @jaikellaila ,
Functional domain field is added in the Settings tab to segregate a particular data and classify it as IT related data. The user must add IT risk and compliance as the functional domain.

Hi @jaikellaila
The Functional domain will allow you to segregate the data between IT and non IT data in compliance, Risk and Audit business and workspaces, so once you set the functional domain on a record as ' IT risk and Compliance' then those records will start appearing in dedicated List workspace links in respective workspaces so that the business can directly access all IT related in one place instead of searching for them in the jungle of all controls, entities, risks and engagements, etc
in simple words, it's a tag to separate IT and non - IT data, similarly you can set up such custom tags and segregate the data between different teams, for example you may want to segregate infosec risks from Enterprise risks and build a dedicated list link for each team so they can see their own set of data in their personalised list links.
