If for some reason my owner of policy left the organisation which is in published state and I want to change the owner the policy usually goes to draft state .Suppose I dont want again for the same policy to again go approval process and want to skip it ie post changing the owner in draft state it can directly go from Draft to Published state.How can it be done?
