Metric Threshold defination

Hi Team,

 

For dynamic Threshold type how do we configure the threshold value convert it to percentage like shown below or just numeric. What has to be specified in metric data and unit fields.

 

This is my requirement .Can you please let me know how to define this in Threshold.
