Hi All,
I have the Policy Exception request set to 365 days in for a Policy. I'd like to limit the extensions to six months for High or Critical Risk Rating Exceptions. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to accomplish this?
I have reviewed https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/zurich-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-policy-and... but it doesn't tell me about setting rules for the duration.
