Policy Exception Questionnaire viewable on Policy Exception Form

Hi All,

I created a Policy Exception Questionnaire, but I am unable to create the linkage between the Questionnaire and the Policy Exception Record.

Any help would be appreciated.

As per OOTB, we can view the questionnaire responses from the policy exception record(screenshot attached).

@D_R Thanks for this.  I've done it in my PDI, but it doesn't seem to work.
