Hello Everyone
I have a customer requirement where I need to have a field named control performer on the control form. The duties of this field would be a mixture of control owner and attestation respondent. I would like to know whether this can be done OOB?? or a new field would be required.

Hi @rounakm1 ,
Even if you have this field created, you need to give this user control owner level access, Also if this user has access as control Owner access, user can see other records too.
If i would be you, i would use the attestation respondent Field to select the user and also, add him to the owning group.

Hi Sandeep,
Thanks for your response
I have already purposed using the attestation respondent field, but the customer insists that they need two user fields one will be control owner and the other will be a control performer. So, can I have another user field OOB??
If not and if I create a new field referring to user table will this be considered as a configuration or customization?

Hi @SANDEEP DUTTA ,
Thanks for your reply
I have already proposed the solution of using attestation respondent field, but the customer insists on having two user field one for control owner and the other for control performer. So, can I have a user field for control performer OOB?

I would suggest using the Control Designee field. This way there is no extra development. All you have to do is modify the label.
