I need review tasks to not get copied on a change raised using copy change option such that incorrect notifications can be avoided and review tasks wont get added to the new change at new state.
I have created before insert/update BR on change task table to restrict/abort action when change status new and change task type is 'review' but it won't work for retro change due same value I am getting.
please provide me a solution
