Servicenow IRM list layout

Hi all,

we have one table in ServiceNow and I am facing issue with that as user reported this issue scenario as below 

we have one field on the records which has 2 values which is false and true its a checkbox actually now that we have updated the value from backed and UI policy so. this one is completed before a lot of months now user reported that the record and list layout is not in sync and when I checked i find out that on record level it is showing the field value is false and on the list layout its showing and opposite for some other records this has been happened with big amount of records. I wanted the list layout and the record to be in the sync what approach I should try and where to do changes so it will start working as expected.

In the XML of the record the value is same as list then it means on form some script is setting it as true/false

Did you check this?
