Hi Team,

I want to know the ServiceNow Licensing model, what the are licensing type for which service now charge?

Is sn_incident_read, sn_incident_write, sn_request_read & sn_request_write, are part of full filler/ITIL role and will service now charge for these.

Requester
Approver/Business Stakeholder
Fulfiller
Unrestricted User
Virtual Agent

It depends... but in general you're referring to the business_stakeholder role or ITIL based on if there is write access or only read access.
