Unable to Add Contributors in Smart Assessment – Risk Identification (IRM)

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue while trying to add contributors in a Smart Assessment under Risk Identification in ServiceNow IRM.

When attempting to add contributors, I receive the below error:

“Couldn't add contributor. This may be due to a network issue or the assessment being combined or open elsewhere.”

I have tried giving the user, the role of sn_smart_asmt.actor.

Would appreciate any pointers or debugging steps to identify the root cause.

Thanks in advance!

  1. Navigate to your workspace and then to your list of assessments.
    Here’s an example of how to navigate to this list in the Compliance Workspace.

Hi @Tanushree Maiti, I have tried the steps provided above, When I click the contextual sidebar, select the Contributors icon, I could not find the Manage button.
When I select Add contributors button, I get a pop up to select users.

After I select a user and click Add Contributors, I am getting this pop-up error, shown below

@Nikhil C ,

I tried it from my side to verify, its works as expected for smart assessment under Risk identification. Can you repair the plugin and check again?
