Hi,
I recently cleared my CAD and CSA certifications, and I've been looking for internship opportunities. However, I've noticed that most ServiceNow-affiliated companies are looking for candidates with 4-5 years of experience, which I don't have yet.
To gain more experience, I'm thinking of creating some projects on my own. Do you think that will help me stand out when applying in the future? Also, is there a way to publish apps built in the Personal Developer Instance (PDI)?
Thanks a lot for your advice!

@e21cseu0141 Currently, there is no way you can publish an app using a PDI. However, consider PDI as a playground where you can practice a lot of ServiceNow related features for free. You can also build your custom app and showcase it to your potential recruiters to demonstrate your hands on experience and capabilities within ServiceNow
Regarding your job hunt you can refer to https://www.servicenow.com/community/servicenow-jobs/ct-p/servicenow-jobs to know more about Jobs in different experience range.

Yes, obviously your projects will leave an impact of your practical experience and knowledge. Currently PDI do not have publish options but still you can push your applications to Github or Gitlab source control and share your gitlab profile link in your CV.
Also you can join networking group on the below link.
