New vendors first time login attempt to SVDP portal & getting access denied error

Access Denied error/problem:

Primary contact assigned to vendor > welcome email sent to contact’s email with a username, temporary password, and a link to the /svdp login page > vendor contact uses credentials for local account to login (we have successfully bypassed SSO to allow vendors not in the active directory to do this) > upon successful sign-on, vendor contacts are redirected to a page to change their password (url id: login_cpw) > upon successful change of the password vendor is redirected to the platform

New Vendors should be redirected inside the Vendor portal (/SVDP) after successfully changing their temporary password but it is not happening. They can re-login the portal only after 30 min of wait time.

Also what we have noticed a strange error when they reset the password it is redirect to /navpage.do /sdvp from $pwd_confirm.do.anandbhosle_1-1709070061242.png

@Abbas Abidi1 This was the issue we had with Akamai software as it was not recognizing servicenow incoming files when a new vendor is try to login /svdp portal.

Keeping these files in exception solved the issue for us.
