What are some best practices for TPRM - Question Bank and Questionnaire Improvement

 

  1. Test Case Availability: Are there existing test cases for the TPRM Question Bank and Questionnaire Processes?
  2. Best Practices: What are tips for improving maturity of the TPRM Question Bank?
  3. Customized Questionnaires: Is it possible to develop a systematic questionnaire framework that tailors questions based on known strengths and weaknesses, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach?

@Dawn Khan - I'm not sure what you are asking about test cases in Q1. And I'm not aware of any best practices around the Question bank.

On Q3 - yes you can create any number of customized questionnaires.  And then those can be applied based on criteria you define. This is particularly easy if you are using the Due Diligence process.  

What you would need to do is to have the strengths and weaknesses of a third-party defined in a record, then you could use those for criteria.
