Steps to add sub menus in List Nav in Workspaces:

 

We are in Service Operations Workspace(SOW) and here we want to add a new sub menu named - 'INC - Closed' under Incidents

  • In order to achieve this, we will navigate to UI Builder in filter navigator > search and open SOW and open the page which is having this 'List Nav' component.

  • Click on 'List Nav' and on the right hand side > Click on 'Configuration'

 

  • Open the 'Default - SOW'

  • Open it and click on 'Incidents' as highlighted below:

  • Click on 'New' button under UX Lists as below:

  • Provide basic details with filter and save it

That's it! refresh your SOW, the sub menu will be visible as below:

Another point to keep in mind is that if we impersonate with 'Andrew Och' or user than admin then it will not be visible, shown as below:

In this case, we have to define the 'List Applicability'. In order to define these, we will navigate to UI Builder as we did in earlier steps and click on 'M2M Applicability' as below:

Create 'New' and fill the details as below:

We are defining the audience here who can access it.
