Attachment button in side menu on Next Experience UI

In Agent Workspace we have a side menu with attachment button. When ticket contains attachments this button will change color to blue. In this way we know if attachments are present without the need to open the attachment window to check on every ticket.

 

In Next Expirience UI the button does not change color.

 

Any ideas if this functionality is dropped for Next Expirience or if there is a way to fix it?

Hello @Ronny2 -

 

I'm not sure if you have a custom button.  However, our environment shows the OOB paperclip icon in AWS.

 

Here is a screenshot of an Incident that does NOT have an attachment:

Here is a screenshot of an Incident that DOES have an attachment, which shows a blue dot by  the paperclip attachment:

Thats the button I was refering to, and it also works for us in AWS, but not in Next Experience UI.

This applies for version Utah - Patch 7 and 8

I don't recall ever seeing a blue dot by the paperclip icon when in a form because it has the 'Manage Attachments' link at the top when there are attachments:
