Auto Refresh when csm/fsm record creates in list view workspace

Hi Community,

 

Have a question with workspace refresh list , i am new to workspace, when we create a new record in (csm/fsm) workspace the record should come in the list view automatically(OOTB Feature) but i am currently in Zurich patch 7b release I need to refresh the page or i need to click on the refresh button(manually) in workspace on which release this issue will fix anyone have any idea (like zurich patch 8 or zurich patch 9 ) i found this community link https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-forum/auto-refresh-when-csm-fsm-record-creates-... do we need to set glide.lists.live_list_enabled to true will it impact to the platform ?

yes it will impact every configurable workspace such as SOW, Project etc
