Dear community members
I am currently working on customizing our ServicePortal using the UI Builder.
The current URI is https://FQDN/x/xxxxx/"mysettingname".
Is it possible to set the URI of the portal to a specific URI (https://FQDN/"mysettingname") such as /csm?
If so, could you please guide me through the steps to achieve this? Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you and looking forward to your response.

I don't believe this is possible with a portal created from UIB. There are a number of things you can do in Service Portal that UIB portals don't yet support. We currently recommend that you use the angular-based Service Portal when building end user or requester focused portals.

Thak you Brad.
We understand that support is limited.
But we have to take on the challenge because of the mission we have been given.
When will you be releasing a schedule for the development of the portal, such as when it will be fully supported by UIB?
I would like to have this information to plan a postponement, but I am having trouble finding it.

We don't release future roadmap information like that unfortunately. Right now as of Vancouver, if you need a portal that uses a custom url, etc. you should use Service Portal to build the portal.

Hi Brad,
Do you know if this statement is still valid? Has something already been announced about using custom URLs and UI Experiences together?
thanks in advance.
