Greetings everyone,
I am having a requirement to customize the 'User Menu' of Next Experience UI. Is there any way to add a menu item into this menu? For example, a menu item called 'Go to Portal view' for users to move to Service Portal. I did some research and found that there is a menu item for us to go to Portal view on UI16 and previous UI version(s).
Thank you.

We don't provide a mechanism for customers to add something to that profile menu. If you do want to add something to the header we recommend using admin configurable menus: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-platform-user-interface/page/administer/navigation-and-...

Hi Anurag,
Thank you for your suggestion. I already knew that feature and tried using it, but unfortunately that is not close to my requirement.
Thank you so much for your response.
