Disable form personalization in Configurable Workspace

Hello Team,

We need to hide Personalize form in the CWS.I have followed the below steps but its not working.

Disable form personalization

If you do not want your users to customize forms, you can disable form personalization.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

About this task

Activating the Personalize Forms plugin sets the glide.ui.personalize_form property to true. You can disable form personalization.

Procedure

Enter sys_properties.list in the navigation filter.
Locate the glide.ui.personalize_form property in the System Properties list.
Set the Value field to false.

Hi folks,

We have changed the behavior of the following two properties from Zurich release in the system: glide.ui.personalize_form & glide.ui.personalize_form.role.

In UI16, a logged in user can only personalize a form if the following two conditions are met:
glide.ui.personalize_form = true; and if logged-in user has been assigned any of the roles mentioned in the sys_property: glide.ui.personalize_form.role

In Workspace, prior to Zurich version, these two system properties were not honoured in the Workspace, i.e., any user can personalize form without any restrictions. But Zurich onwards, only users who will satisfy the above two properties can only personalize the forms in configurable workspaces.
