Hi folks,
I notice that in the HR Agent Workspace, the Home tab and the browser tab displaying a record number are associated with different table and scope. When I open the workspace, it shows 'Home,' but it changes to a record number after the page reloads. However, when I click somewhere on the workspace and then return to click the 'Home' icon again, it displays correctly. Unfortunately, upon refreshing the page, 'Home' reverts to displaying a record number.

In UI builder this 'Home' tab is controlled from Side navigation. But somehow this got overwritten.
This behavior is strange, and I'm not sure what might be causing the issue.
