How to add new colums in the list view of csm/workspace for case

Hi Team,

 

How to add new columns in the list view of csm/workspace for case view. 

For SLA's I want to add business elapsed time and business time left for all users. I want to remove actual elapsed time and actual time left.

 

I have tried but it is working for me only, not for all users in workspace view

@Gopal14  - What you did is personalize list for yourself, what you need to do is configure list layout so it will take effect for all users.

I known this, How ever it is only working normal view. Not for workspace view. How can we do this in workspace view
