Hi Team,
How to add new columns in the list view of csm/workspace for case view.
For SLA's I want to add business elapsed time and business time left for all users. I want to remove actual elapsed time and actual time left.
I have tried but it is working for me only, not for all users in workspace view

Hello @Gopal14
Follow below steps:
1) Observe the record open in workspace view, in related list of Task SLAs you see SLA Definition column is first.
2) Open same record in native ui and select view as Service Operations Workspace
3) Now go to related list you want to configure the columns by right click on header of related list record and then List Layout.
4) Now configure the layout by selecting the field you need, in this i added created at start.
Note - In this you will need to select proper application scope so you will be able to edit the list layout.
5) Save the record and now go to workspace and refresh page you will see changes.
If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.
Thanks & Regards
Viraj Hudlikar.

@Gopal14 - I doubt on this as your first screenshot over gear icon i can see a small dot which means your list layout is personalized not configured. Click on gear icon and reset to default.

Hi @Gopal14
go to sys_ux_list.LIST by searching it in application navigator and enter the list name you want to configure the columns for. Open the record for the same. You will have the option to change the column layout.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
